Jan17/18. We were picked up at the airport as per schedule and the rest of the activities for visiting Santiago followed as
discussed. On the 18th morning, as suggested by Orlando, we agreed to go to San Antonio via Valparaiso instead of going to Cajon del Maipo.

The tour was very good & a good pace with lots
included. We really enjoyed the walk through the streets of Valparaiso, definitely the best way to see it. Our tour guide was very informative & was very conscious of the possible
trouble & we had no issues.I'm so please we were able to explore your part of the world. I would definitely recommend your company & would use your services again if we

Our cruise line only offered a transfer from the San Antonia cruise port to the Santiago airport. As we wanted to stay 2 nights in Santiago and see the sites before we returned home, we booked a
private transfer with Chilitours to see the surrounding area. The transfer to our hotel in Santiago would be at the end of a wonderful full day tour. The owner, Carola, met us at the San Antonio
cruise terminal with a large SUV. Normally, the Chilitours guide is also the driver. However, on this occasion, Carola was accompanied by Camilo, our driver for the day. Carola offers much
insight into Chile, with a great knowledge of Chilean history and culture. We toured the port city of Valparaiso, which included a funicular ride to the top of one of the many hills, giving us a
spectacular view of the city.She even provided us with the small change necessary for the restrooms in the city. We stopped for lunch at a small winery restaurant which appeared to be a favorite
with the local residents. We asked if we could visit some beach resorts, so Carola brought us to some outstanding beach communities, which were really beautiful. We were dropped off at our
Santiago hotel late afternoon after a wonderful day. The next morning, Carola picked us up, again with our driver, Camilo, for a ½ day tour of Santiago. Santiago is a very big city, but it was
easy to see so many of the city highlights with our private car and tour guide. We highly recommend Chilitours for a wonderful personalized tour. Thank you, Carola & Camilo, for such a great

Carola was very prompt to respond to emails and made everything very easy for
my husband and me.
Our guide was Victor.
Victor was excellent, friendly and informative guide who made our tour/transfer from San
Antonio to Santiago airport interesting. He tailored us customized trip to Valparaiso by listening to what we wanted to see. At the end of the trip he helped us with our luggage at the
airport.
We would unhesitatingly recommend Carola’s company for transfer tours from San Antonio to
Santiago.

We were directed to Chilitours and
Carola by Liz Tours in Buenos Aires. My wife and I were interested in seeing the important sites of Santiago and the important sites of Santiago's Jewish community. Carola was able to do both.
She picked us up at our hotel (exactly on time), and we spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours riding around Santiago, hearing the history of Santiago and seeing the historical sites of
Santiago. We then drove to a suburb (Lo
Barnechea?), where we visited a beautiful synagogue and had a fantastic tour of their campus that Carola arranged for us. We then traveled to the Jewish Community Center and toured their
facility. Carola speaks English perfectly. She
is a delightful person, very kind, and she wants to please her clients. I am quite comfortable in
recommending Carola for either a general tour of Santiago's sites or a more specific tour as we did

We booked Chilitours based on the
positive TripAdvisor reviews. Carola picked is up at the San Antonio cruise terminal. We took a scenic drive towards Santiago, stopping at a beautiful winery for lunch (winery and lunch are not
included in the transfer price). Carola was kind enough to make a dinner reservation at a Santiago restaurant that was recommended to us. She offered to take us to a market in Santiago which we
declined because we just wanted to get to our hotel. She then dropped us off at our hotel after arranging our airport transfer for the next morning. Carola is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to
be with.
We were met in San Antonio at the cruise ship terminal by our guide Victor. We were surprised to see a 101st Airborne emblem hanging from the mirror in
Victor’s car, and to learn that he had served with them, as my husband Doug also served in the 101st Airborne. So there was an immediate connection. Our trip from San Antonio to Santiago
was very interesting, as Victor gave us a lot of information about his country. Along the way, Victor was always very happy to accommodate our request for a stop for food or drink or
restrooms. Because of the time Victor spent in the United States, his English is very fluent. The next day, we started a tour of the city by walking through the oldest standing church,
which is now a museum. We then walked to the plaza where Victor told us some of the history, and we went for lunch. At the end of the day after a trip up to Santa Lucia, Victor helped us
at our hotel to inquire about luggage storage, while we were going to Easter Island for several days. It was great to have him there to translate, and make sure we had everything correct.
Touring with Victor was more than just having a guide, it was more like having a friend to take you around his city, and who was interested in making sure that your needs and requests
were met. We would highly recommend this company and especially Victor!
Had a wonderful tour planned by Carola from our cruise ship to Santiago. Our private tour guide Luis was very knowledgeable as he toured us from the coast to
Santiago. Luis was very flexible throughout the tour. We highly recommend Chilitours.
I contacted Carola two days before hand and she replied very promptly, advising the options for me. She tailored a specific itinerary based on my requests. I was picked up, felt extremely
comfortable, safe and cared for throughout the whole day. Carola was very knowledgeable and we were able to tailor the day based on the time, how I felt and weather
conditions.
I can't recommend Carola enough. You will get exactly what you want and made to feel completely relaxed. She is fluent in English (I don't speak Spanish) and it was informative and
interesting finding out all about the sites and different aspects of Chilean life and culture.
If I do another trip I'll definitely use again

We had a good experience in January 2017 with a private
tour from Santiago to Valparaiso at the start of a cruise around Cape Horn. As result I booked Chilitour for our group of ten for transport and excursion at the completion of a Panama Canal
Cruise in November 2017. The minibus provided was new, spacious and comfortable and the driver drove safely. Carola, the operator of Chilitour was very easy to work
with and accommodating to our requests. She sent out an email within hours of the cruise line changing the arrival port from Valparaiso to San Antonio. She also was very aware that the main road
to Santiago was closed for a religious pilgrimage. Our guide, Luis, was excellent and was largely responsible
for the “5 ball rating” for this trip vs. the 4 ball rating for our first trip. He was born in California with Chilean parents so English was his first language at school. He was informative and
witty with excellent command of North American culture the subtleties of English. Our Tour started with a visit to casa Marin Winery for
tasting, a walking tour of old Santiago followed by a meal at La Conception restaurant, a visit to Vina del Mar before the bus ride to our hotel in Santiago. The bus driver stayed with the
vehicle while we were touring so we had excellent security for our luggage during the whole trip. I would highly recommend Chilitours as they provided an
excellent, safe service at substantially less money then the cruise line.

A friend used Carola's services last
year and was very pleased with her tour, so when planning our trip to Santiago I contacted Carol regarding a winery tour. We exchanged a series of emails with her to arrange a tour after we had
researched various wineries that we were interested in visiting and Carola took care of the logistics. She was waiting for us as we exited our
hotel and offered useful information about the history of Chile, pointed out different things along the route, and was a warm and friendly guide during our full day with her. I would definitely
recommend her company.

We needed a transfer from
the port in Valparaiso to Santiago airport, with about 8 hours of free time-chose Carola from reviews here. We emailed with Carola starting a few weeks before, shared ideas/requests and received
additional input from her, planned our day starting with a tour of Valparaiso. Our ship docked a day early, so we toured Valparaiso that day-emailed Carola who had no problem removing that part
of our planned day-she's extremely flexible. We visited a small coastal village, 2 wineries (highly recommend Kingston if you love boutique wineries), had lunch in a local restaurant, toured
Santiago (her home), learned LOTS about Chilean culture, history, government, people throughout the day. Fabulous experience!

When deciding how to best manage our
arrival at the airport, transfer to the hotel, and desire to see Santiago while jet lagged, we decided to contact Carola and price out a guided tour. We were met at the airport by Luis, who
transferred us and our luggage to his van in no time. He already had called the Doubletree Hotel to alert them of our arrival and was able to report that our room was ready (at 9:30 AM)! Luis
made sure that we were checked in and gave us 30 minutes to freshen up before we started our Santiago tour. Luis speaks flawless English and provided a great introduction to Santiago. He planned
our tour so that we arrived in time for the changing of the guard at the government building, dropping us off close to the plaza and meeting us after he had parked the van. Luis provided us with
a great deal of historic and political information. We had a wonderful day! Thanks to Carola and Luis!

I was very impressed with the response I received from
Carola as she informed me of the departure port change even before the Cruise company . She modified our tour accordingly. Our tour was very interesting and she provided a very personal service
with the highlight being a visit to the Casa Marin Winery. When half of party was delayed arriving at Santiago she
transferred us to our Hotel and waited as long as she could. Throughout this she kept us informed. I would highly recommend Chilitours,
We were picked up on time at the airport and given a great tour for the four hours until we could check in to our hotel. Old Town,
Presidential Palace, city highlights as well as a few sights we requested. Our guide was Luis Alberto Corrales Charlin, and he was extraordinary. He is knowledgeable and personable.We
enjoyed being able to tailor the tour to our interests. (This was a private tour for two.)
Flew into Santiago late got bags and through customs, there waiting for us was Carola , warm and tired out from long flight it was a relief to she her there waiting for us. Showed us
where to wait as she got her van . Then transferred to hotel, with a lot of chili history and info along the way. At drop off we told her what we would like on our city tour next day.
Stated another driver would be picking us up as she had another tour. Next morning right on time Hernan the driver picked us up for city tour. Toured all points of city and went up
funicular, which we requested, and stopped at gem store , another request. During tour we where greatly informed about history of Santiago and surrounding area, he was a wealth of
information. Next morning Carola met us on time again for tour to Valparaiso and area to catch cruise ship. Stopped at organic winery, and very informative tour of Valparaiso and area,
going into the hills of the area most tours wouldn't see. Carola even had more to show us but I said like to get to ship for checking. I would recommend this group if ever going to
Santiago or even just a day tour off the boat. I've read nothing but good reviews about this company so I booked them 10 to 11 months before our trip to be sure to get them. Felt like
touring with family member with bot guides. Loved the two and half days with this group. Thanks for the info and memories.
What a fantastic day. We were picked up at the cruise terminal in San Antonio, and visited four vineyards on the way to Santiago. Wine sampling and lunch at
one of the vineyards. And when we arrived in Santiago, Victor, our awesome driver and guide, spent another few hours touring us around, including a walk in one of the parks. He was even
gracious enough to drive from our hotel to the restaurant at which we had reservations that night, so would know the way. More than we expected, and we fell in love with the city and its
people.

1st highlight) . After Valparaiso (2nd highlight) she purposely detour to the beaten track of St. Augustine - the view is so stunning & the fresh aboloney seafood local cuisine is mouth
watering! If I had took a group tour, I would not have known all these local treasures & beaten tracks. I took a group tour the very next day.. wow! What a difference . No comparison at all.
